Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We want you to love your sewing kit! If you change your mind, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  

To be eligible for a return, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase. All item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, in the original packaging. Wooden boxes must be in new and resellable condition, free from scratches, dents, and signs of damage or use. All sewing kit components must be unused and in their original packaging (e.g., no torn stickers or bent boxes). 

We cannot accept returns if packaging has been opened or if any items are missing or damaged. Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping. Refunds will be issued after we have received your return and confirmed the contents are in resellable condition.

To start a return, first email us at info@osanla.com. Include your order number and specify whether you are returning the sewing kit, the wooden box, or both. Once we approve your refund request, you may ship your return to the address below. Please note that items sent back to us without first receiving refund approval will not be refunded or returned. We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost or stolen.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
