Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We want you to love your Osan kit! If you change your mind, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Condition
All item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, in the original packaging. Wooden boxes must be in new and resellable condition, free from scratches, dents, and signs of damage or use. All sewing kit components must be unused and in their original packaging (e.g., no torn stickers or bent boxes).
We cannot accept returns if packaging has been opened or if any items are missing or damaged. Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping. Refunds will be issued after we have received your return and confirmed the contents are in resellable condition.
Steps
1. To start a return, first email us at info@osanla.com. Include your order number and a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. Specify whether you are returning the sewing kit, the wooden box, or both.
2. Once we approve your refund request, you may ship your return to the address below. Please note that a final decision as to whether to approve a refund is made only after we have physically inspected your returned items. Items sent back to us without first receiving approval of your refund request will not be refunded or returned. We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost or stolen.

3. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and confirm whether or not your refund is approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for the refund to post with your bank or financial institution. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@osanla.com.
